Zumba Fitness

There are a lot of ways to lose weight. Some are just more fun. Join the ultimate fitness party that beats a boring old workout any day!

Zumba Fitness classes are offered on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8 pm. Classes are $5 per person and will include a mix of Zumba with core/strength training. No registration is required; just show up! Wear workout clothes, bring a small towel, a bottle of water, and get ready for some fun!
