The Local Missions Ministry enlarges the outreach of our church to the world that has literally come to our city, so that everyone in our community might have the opportunity to hear the Gospel and be trained in God's Word. Many different opportunities are available to assist our members to discover their spiritual gifts in service for our Lord as we partner together in His work.

Opportunities
Bikers for Christ
Bikers for Christ is a motorcylce ministry that uses motorcycles as a tool to reach out to the unchurched to bring them to Christ. We are involved in the local biker community, rallies, prison ministies, and the outlaw biker community. All motorcycles, riders, and chase cars are welcome! Contact Craig Westerhof, the North Dallas Chapter Elder, at (214) 662-1525.
Church Starts
Many opportunities exist to start churches. The only limitation is the people necessary to serve in this setting. Are you the one?

Friendship House
Our church provides assistance to people in our community with food, clothes, and household items. Opportunities are available for volunteers to distribute these items and share the gospel at the Friendship House. The Friendship House is located at 1907 Sunridge Rd., which is adjacent to our south parking lot. Donations of clothes, food, and household items are needed, welcomed, and can be dropped off at that location twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Volunteers are also needed with transportation to pick up and deliver items. Call information box (972) 245-3787 for information on where to leave donations. The phone is only answered on Wednesdays.
You can also support the Friendship House by telling the cashier at Tom Thumb to add Good Neighbor Program charity number 528 to your Reward Card. A percentage of your purchase is donated to the Friendship House.
