Joe Bittner
Mr. Bittner is a Partner and benefits consultant at Apex Global Partners, Inc. (AGP), an insurance brokerage, risk management, and employee benefits consulting firm offering local service capabilities with a global reach. He is a 1982 Graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Registered Health Underwriter designations from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. Mr. Bittner is a past President of the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters and of the Dallas Chapter of The Society of Financial Service Professionals. He continues to be an active member of both organizations.

Neal Ator
Mr. Ator is a certified FHA Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Counselor for Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of North Central Texas. In addition to Reverse Mortgage counseling, Mr. Ator provides Financial Management education presentations to consumers and is a certified Crown Financial Ministries leader at FBC McKinney. He is also a certified benefits counselor for the Texas HICAP Program in conjunction with the North Texas Area Agency on Aging. Gary Crooms
Mr. Crooms is a Registered Financial Gerontologist® and the President and founder of Senior Information Services of America® (SIS), a long-term care financial planning firm that specializes in assisting seniors and their families with late life planning issues. SIS provides seniors with a wide range of financial products and estate planning services, specializing in providing assistance in planning when there is an unexpected healthcare event, developing a plan to preserve your loved one's estate and savings from unnecessary healthcare expenses, and other financial and estate planning issues related to the specific needs of the aging client. Lori McCaghren
Lori McCaghren is a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with Premier Nationwide Lending. She started out in the mortgage industry in 1996. Her processing and underwriting background gives her deep knowledge of how to put together a loan and carefully take the right steps up front to avoid issues later in the process. In addition, she quickly became an expert in all kinds of mortgage financing programs. She transitioned to her current role as Loan Officer in 2001 and since that time has celebrated with over 1200 families as they’ve purchased homes – most of them first-time homebuyers or first-time move-up buyers. The educational aspect of her role is one of her favorites as she delights in guiding her customers through the complex and rapidly changing mortgage process. Deb Taylor
Deb E. Taylor, Director of Education and Marketing for Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of North Central Texas, is responsible for the development and delivery of money management education courses to consumers. These courses included basic money management as well as addressing individuals emerging from bankruptcy. Deb has developed various presentations on money management to deliver to teens and adults. Also, she has written several articles for local newsletter publications on various aspects of money management. Before joining CCCS of North Central Texas in 2005, she taught an online financial systems course in a pilot program for a major information technology firm and long-distance instruction on a query system to field representatives as a Business Analyst. She is well-versed in financial education and classroom-type instruction. Deb graduated from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
