All Church:

The annual Church Conference will be Sunday, November 23, during the evening service. The purpose of the conference is to approve the Nominating Committee’s recommendations for Trustees and new committee members for 2009.

Children's Ministry:

Mothers Of Preschoolers (MOPS) Cost for the year is $84. Child-care is by reservation only and is also available online when registering for MOPS. Please invite friends and neighbors to participate. This year's theme is “The Adventures of Mothering.” Come share your adventure with other MOPS. We meet one Monday morning a month at 9:30 am in the Church Parlor for breakfast, speaker, craft and small group sharing time while the children enjoy our MOPPETS child-care. College Ministry:

The College Ministry Winter Retreat will be at Mt. Lebanon January 2-5, 2009. Micah Mariano of 3:8 Ministries will be our guest speaker and Ryan Pitts will be the worship leader. The cost for the retreat is $170 and includes lodging, food, obstacle course and all recreational activities. A $50 deposit is needed to register. Music & Worship Ministry

The Singing Christmas Tree will be December 6-7, and December 13-14. This year ’s production features the 1940’s musical drama, I’ll Be Home for Christmas. There is still time to get involved in a variety of ways. It’s not too soon to begin inviting your unchurched friends, neighbors and co-workers. There are mailers/flyers available at the Welcome Center that you can take to publicize the event.Ask them to visit our website, www.seethetree.org

Women's Ministry:

The Women’s Ministry will be having a Craft Night on Monday, November 17, in the Parlor from 6:30-8:30 pm. Drinks will be provided. Feel free to bring a snack. A Creative Memories Consultant will be available to show us how to prepare something special for the holidays. Bring your pictures and we will all share our supplies.
