One of the best things about my job at First Baptist Carrollton is watching people connect in our Adult Discipleship area. Friendships and bonds form here that last through the seasons of life as we gather to study, pray, serve together, or just enjoy conversation.
Whatever your life stage, our church has a meaningful place for you to participate. Our Adult Discipleship Ministry is the touch point for finding many activities for the individual, the parent, or the entire family. A great way to begin is at Dinner with The Pastor, where you can meet our Pastor, learn more about First Baptist Carrollton, and ask any questions you may have.
Having been a part of the First Baptist family since my high school days, I want it to become family to you as well. It is a special place. Come and join us!

Sunday Mornings - 8:00, 9:15, & 10:45 am
Join us in the Worship Center on Sunday mornings at 9:15 am. Our Worship Service is led by a full choir and orchestra, and includes a focused time of singing, prayer, and a biblically based sermon. There is no dress code. We are more concerned about who you are rather than how you are dressed. In our church family, there are suits and shorts, so come how you are. We're just glad you are here!
Bible Fellowship classes for adults meet at 8:00 and 10:45 am each Sunday. You do not have to be a member of the church to join one of our small groups called Bible Fellowship classes. A Bible Fellowship class is "the church within the church." Bible Fellowship classes are groups with similar ages or family structures meeting together for interactive Bible study, fellowship, ministry service, and accountability. This is where real, life-enriching relationships can form and develop. Please contact the Adult Discipleship office for a current list of classes.
Wednesday Evenings - 6:30 pm
We offer a variety of discipleship classes for adults on Wednesday evenings. Child-care is available for all of our Wednesday evening Bible studies. Discipleship Classes begin Wednesday, August 22. Click here to see course descriptions.
